Here’s what you can expect from the My Mold Detective’s® lab report:

• Easy-to-Read, color-coded lab results
• Identifies mold types down to the genus level
• Compares indoor mold concentration levels to outdoor mold concentration levels in order to determine whether the submitted samples are Normal, Slightly-Elevated or Elevated.
• Provides recommended actions based on lab analysis results
• Provides next testing date for seasonal and routine air quality testing
• Analyzed by an EMPAT Participating Laboratory
